New Graduate Fellowship Opportunity at PIIRS for China research
The Mr. and Mrs. Yan Huo *94*95 Graduate Fellowship, administered by PIIRS, seeks qualified Princeton PhD students who will be conducting field work outside the United States, especially in or related to China, during the 2018-19 academic year. Up to two fellowships will be awarded. In addition to full tuition and a twelve-month stipend ($33,400), the fellowship provides up to $10,000 in research funds to support a student’s research.
Applicants should apply by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Proposals should be no longer than 7 pages (double-spaced), explain the central idea of the dissertation, and include:
- applicant’s name, department, and PU ID number;
- significance of the research to the field;
- data, methods, and justification for the field work;
- summary of progress to date.
Applicants should also have two letters of recommendation sent to email@example.com. Note: It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that all letters of recommendation are received. Documents must be received at PIIRS by April 15, 2018.
